Rooms in the Main House

Room prices vary depending on the day of the week or season.  Room prices include a full breakfast  in the morning and complementary wine in the evening.

Named for the wife of Chief Ouray of the Ute Indians. This sea spray toned room is sure to transport the body and mind to a serene and relaxing paradise.

Monarch Room        
 

The Monarch is named for the beautiful Monarch Mountain Pass.  Warm and sultry tones of the tropics give this cozy and comfortable room a beachside feel.

This Room is named after the Idarado  San Juan Mountain mine, where my father and both grandfathers worked.  This room is decorated in rich coffee shades that are sure to create a mood of soothing warmth.

This one-bedroom house is in the heart of Downtown and right next to the electric vehicle charging station. (Which features eight Tesla Superchargers and two ChargePoint Dual Platform (CCS & CHAdeMo) fast chargers. This house is a brand-new home with a King Bed, washer and dryer, wrap around porch and an outdoor sitting area.

Our charming little house in the heart of downtown Montrose is cozy and still retains much of it's original personality and features, while also containing many upgrades.  It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath.  Perfect for a little get away. DOG FRIENDLY (two night minimum).

Come relax and enjoy Southwest Colorado at our charming House close to the Rec Center. As you enter in the front door you are in a cozy living room, dining room and open kitchen. A wonderful place for entertaining and cooking with friends and family. We have three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is space to unpack and stay a while with good sized closets and plenty of space to relax or even work (with a desk and office space). The backyard has mature trees and an awesome sitting area.

The Baxter House

This charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home sits just steps away from Main Street. Its convenient location will allow you to enjoy all that Montrose has to offer without having to walk, drive or bike too far. The whole home has been beautifully remodeled, nicely decorated and has all of the comforts that a home away from home should have. This home has 2 Queen sized beds and an amazing outdoor area.

Dog Friendly.

 

 

 

- Check in after 2:00pm for B&B and 3:00 for Houses

 

- Check out before 11:00am

 

- Room rates may change for holidays and special weekends

 

- Rates do not include taxes or (cleaning fees only for vacation homes)

 

- Multiple day reservations may be required during peak or holiday season

 

- Bookings 3 nights or less require a full deposit.  Reservations extending beyond 4 nights will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the full amount due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposits will be forfeit if the guest arrives late or needs to leave earlier than original booking.
